From May 17 – September 1, all 45-minute and 60-minute Mascot Parties must be held INDOORS with air conditioning
– for character safety and guest comfort.

(Subject to availability – book early to secure your preferred time!)
1. Submit Your Party Request Form: Include the date, time, and character you'd like.
2. Confirm Availability: We'll contact you within 48 hours to confirm details and finalize your package.
3. Secure Your Booking: A 50% deposit secures your event. The balance is due 48 hours before party day.
4. Let the Magic Begin! Your Mascot will arrive ready to create magical memories.

- Rush fee applies to bookings made within 7 days of the event.
- Additional charges may apply on select holidays.
- $0.75 per mile round trip for events over 25 miles from Haines City.
